What a Life!

Happy New Year! The Gibsons had a great Christmas. As you can see, Santa brought Paisley a kitchen for Christmas, which she loves. She's still not too sure about the whole gift-giving "party" that Christmas often turns into, but she had fun nonetheless. We spent Christmas morning at home, playing with Santa's treats before heading over to Papa and Ree Ree's house.

Santa also brought Paisley a shopping cart and some "cutting food" - basically wooden play food with velcro in the center. There's a wooden knife and cutting board too, so she can practice cutting her watermelon, bananas, carrots, etc. She also has a sandwich kit, so she can make Mom and Dad lunch someday...

Grandma Edith gave Paisley the lovely baby doll seen below. Paisley calls it her "bee bee".

We had fun playing outside at Ree Ree and Papa's house on Christmas day - the weather was great. The picture below is of Paisley in the midst of all the presents at my parents. She looks like she's about to get herself in trouble!

Here's to a wonderful, blessed 2009 - we'll have new pictures soon, I am sure. I am also trying to document all of Paisley's new words so we can post a video soon- just need to find a few more hours in the day :)
