Big Girls Don't Cry (Except When I Feel Like It!)

It's been another week and Paisley is really growing. She's probably up over 10 pounds now and she's really filling out. I know that carrying her isn't as easy as it used to be. She's also getting a little attitude - she somehow knows when it's time to go to bed and fights it as long as possible and keeps us up very late! I hope we solve that problem before mommy goes back to work...

4 Weeks and Counting...

On Tuesday, Paisley turns the big 4 (weeks). She seems to be getting a little bigger and a lot stronger everyday. She's kicking and punching us and she can lift her head up and keep it held up when she's on her tummy. She's growing up quick...

No sleep for the weary...

Paisley has become accustom to all of her toys and contraptions. She is fitting into everything just nicely and seems to enjoy most things that involves movement. However, nothing in the evening seems to make her happy. We have been trying to get her into bed around 9 to 10 and she just goes ballistic. After trying a variety of things, we usually don't get her down until about midnight. I hope it gets better in that department. The rest of the time she is just perfect!

Lazy Saturday Morning...

Well, here it is almost noon on Saturday & here is what Paisley & daddy have been up to for the last several hours...
We've actually been taking the liberty of staying up quite late and then sleeping quite late in the mornings, a routine that Mike and I haven't had in years... We'll enjoy it while it lasts, I'll be getting up early again soon when I return to work next month :(

What's up Doc?

We got the all clear at todays doctors appt (her weight is back up to 7lbs 7oz) so we don't have to return there for another 2 months. Nothing else to add at this time, but I thought I'd put a few more pics up...

Milk...it what's for dinner.

Paisley sure does like to pose! Anyways, we had a doctors appt on Tuesday and everything was good except that he said that we needed to get her weight back up to her birth weight by Friday. So you know what that means - that's right - more feedings! We've been feeding her every 2 to 3 hrs day and night since Tuesday. It's getting to be a little tiresome, but hopefully it will all be worth it when we return to the doctor tomorrow. And about the last picture, I guess she good a little mad at me and decided to flip me off. Oh well...she'll get over it...
