Paisley went to the doctor again today and everything went great. She now weighs 13lbs 5oz and is 24.5" long. At 9 weeks old, the doctor said that she is in the 97th percentile for length and 95th for weight, so we might have a tall girl on our hands. She did however receive 5 shots today, but she handled them very well. She cried at first but she quickly fell asleep and was out by the time we left the doctor's office.

Bye-Bye Mommy...

The Cowboys outfit was good luck last Sunday. I think we will be wearing it again this Sunday.
Above is Paisley in her Bumbo seat. It's just a little chair with a high back that helps babies sit up.

Play Date

Paisley had her first play date with Jarrett and Dane and pretty much slept the whole time. It's to be expected I guess since all that we did was stroll around the mall. She'll be a handful boys, so just you wait. In other news, Paisley has discovered how to smile and does it often (although having the camera ready when it happens is something I'm trying to figure out).

Big Girls Don't Cry (Except When I Feel Like It!)

It's been another week and Paisley is really growing. She's probably up over 10 pounds now and she's really filling out. I know that carrying her isn't as easy as it used to be. She's also getting a little attitude - she somehow knows when it's time to go to bed and fights it as long as possible and keeps us up very late! I hope we solve that problem before mommy goes back to work...Posted by Michael at 3:59 PM 2 comments
