I Get Presents on Easter?!

Paisley woke up on Easter to find that the Easter Bunny had made a visit. She made out pretty good as always...

Eatin'...it's fun!

Pais likes to eat and also likes to make noises while sticking her tongue out. She sometimes combines the two into a big, messy, good time!


She is trying to master the sippy cup...she doesn't fully understand that you have to tilt the cup back in order to get the water/juice.
This is just a pic we took after bath-time while she is getting ready for bed. We caught her while she was making her noises...

It's a winter wonderland.... In March!

We've had an eventful few days at the Gibson household. Paisley had her first experience with snow this week & Mike ran in a 5K on Saturday. The snow came through on Thursday and was relatively cleared up and melted by late Friday. So, Saturday morning, we all got up and went to Coppell where Mike ran in the 5K. Even though there was no snow, it was COLD!!! It was 26 degrees when we got out of the car. Here is Paisley all bundled up watching her dad :) And, here are a few pictures of the family in the snow. Ree Ree and Papa got about 6-7 inches of snow at their house, and the picture of all three of us was taken at their house. We got about 3 inches at our house, below...

Ok, look at those cheeks - one of my very favorite things about this little girl - they are so sweet!

Kiss Kiss

Here is Paisley in her new toy. It's a cool jogging stroller that also converts to a bicycle trailer so she can go riding.

Here mommy is trying to teach Paisley how to kiss. She really just treats our faces like they were just another toy and wants to chew on us.

7 Months Old!!!

We have hit the 7 month mark and we are not slowing down at all. There is never a dull moment and Paisley is always doing something or letting us know that she wants to do something. She sits like a champ now and she's full of expression.

It's just a little scratch...

Paisley is becoming very self sufficient. She plays by herself, can sit for long periods of time, and even naps are fun for her at times as she just lays in her crib and talks to herself. We are working on her crawling and she has yet to master the rolling over from back to tummy. If I put her on her tummy for her to crawl she just rolls over to her back immediately and when she is on her back she has no desire to get back to her tummy. She's a silly girl.

If you enlarge this picture, I'm pretty sure you can see her 2 bottom teeth...
...and if you can see that scratch on her forehead, that is from dad losing his balance coming down the stairs and running into the wall with Paisley. She cried for about 10 seconds and then everything was fine...I promise it was an accident and it won't happen again!
